1. Brief
My old customer was opening a new club in Bergen and asked to get some materials ready for it. It included the logo, design of the menu, update of the site, and some IT work inside the club itself.
Difficulty: 4/5
I am not a graphic designer, but I do have some knowledge and experience. Had to refresh my Adobe Illustrator skills, but it didn’t take long. It was a positive experience for me and now I have my own logo in the city center of Bergen. Which is pretty cool if you may ask me.
2. Results
I was asked to use part of the old logo (text Børs) and do whatever I wanted with the rest. So I went creative and made a logo that represents both of the words in the name: the stock market and the club. The design is pretty much self-explanatory.
The only thing that was challenging is that the old logo (Børskjelleren) was in .pdf and I had to draw it myself in Illustrator. Always remember to ask your designer for the .ai files 🙂 The final result is shown below.
